Simply Accounting Integration Completed — ViaTour now has available a Purchase Invoice Importer tool that links to Simply Pro 2009 (by SAGE). Use ViaTour transactions to create a payment request, that includes the invoice number and date due. The new Import tool Tool posts the transaction as a purchase invoice in your Simply Accounting file. Once your invoice is paid, in Simply Accounting, it takes just one click to send the check number back to ViaTour. The Importer tool allows you to keep the transaction detail in ViaTour, use ViaTour’s financials reports for analysis, and also stay linked to your Simply Accounting File.

Once a year, ViaTour clients meet to get advanced training, and train new staff in a supportive environment, learn tips, tricks and best practices, discuss wishes and suggestions, and propose new development.

This year’s meeting will be in Boston, MA August 19 to 22. Venue and Cost will be posted by May 1, 2009.
