Deleting a Reservation
From the reservation form click on the delete reservation button.
Then say "YES" to the warning message:
(NOTE: Reservations are considered a master record and so to delete it you must be assigned to a user group with this permission. If the button is grayed out, see your ViaTour system administrator for permission. )
