Notes Tab - Traveler Form, Field Definitions

Traveler Notes (for reports): appears on reports for escorts and can include any sort of comment that will be helpful to the escort (e.g. travels frequently, friends with the President of the Board, recently widowed, not used to traveling alone, prefers to keep to himself, etc.)

Traveler Notes (for internal use only): stores information that is confidential for office staff only. This information does not appear on any report.

Referral Source: a drop down list set up in System Maintenance. Add any marketing efforts you would like to track in this field (web, newsletter, general brochure, etc.)

Referral by: may store the name of the person who referred the traveler here.
