Creating Room Groupings for 3 or more Travelers
Any number of travelers on the same tour can be grouped in a room - you are not limited to grouping travelers at the same address, nor are you limited to two travelers per room.
When adding more than 2 people to a room, follow these steps:
1. Add person A to person B
2. Go to person C's record
3. In the room grouping add C to the grouping of A and B.
4. Continue until all Travelers have been properly assigned.
Note: Only code class confirmed Travelers may be assigned to rooms.
