Clearing Credit Card #s from Media Detail

Only users with permission to run update queries can do this.
1. Open System Maintenance.
2. Select Run Special Queries.
3. Select one of the three queries form the drop down list:

Clear TxMediaDetail for TXMedia if a CC on TxDates more than 1 day ago (NOTE: based on specific credit card name* in TXMedia field - may need to be updated from time to time)

Clear TxMediaDetail for TXMedia if a CC on TxDates more than 1 week ago (NOTE: based on specific credit card names* in TXMedia field - may need to be updated from time to time)

Clear TxMediaDetail for TXMedia if a CC on TxDates more than 2 weeks ago (NOTE: based on specific credit card names* in TXMedia field - may need to be updated from time to time

4. Run the query by clicking on the button.

* Note: The queries are looking in the Media field for these values: "MC", "Visa", "AMEX", "Diners","Discover", "other". If your organization has renamed these in the look-up code table, you will need to revise the sequel statement (or ask our developer to) so you capture the appropriate transactions in the update query.
