Creating a Cancellation Letter from the Reservation Form

A Cancellation letter is available only when the current traveler has a Tour Status that is code class unconfirmed.
When you click the Cancellation letter button, a form appears that allows you to type optional specific text, which can be as long as you wish.
The form also requires you select your name from drop down list under "letter from".
