Company Specific Help
You can add into ViaTour Company Specific help to store your unique Standard Operating Procedures. This help will display as a read only on the MAIN FORMS in ViaTour:
Traveler Help appears on Traveler Form- Help Tab
Tour Help appears on the Tour Form - Help Tab
Reservation Help appears on the Reservation Form - Help Tab
Vendor Help appears on the Vendor Form - Help Tab
Example - Company Specific Traveler Help

Steps to Add Company Specific Help:
1. From main menu, click on the button for System Maintenance
2. Then click on the button for Company Set Up
3. Then in the center at the bottom of the form - Company Specific Help.
