Adding Relationships in Code Table

Traveler Relationship and Reservation Companions both draw from the code "Relationship" in System Maintenance.

Be sure to enter a reciprocal code under Code Class, so that Viatour can automatically assign it for you on the second traveler's record.

Keep your lists clean by using "Parent - Child and Child -Parent" or "Sibling" , rather than more specific relationships that get rather cumbersome...

Mother-Son
Son-Mother
Father-Son
Mother-Daughter, etcetera....

Note: You need to add the word spouse to the Report Category Column to use have ViaTour pull in address info on the Add a Traveler Form when using the option: adding a spouse to an existing traveler's household.
