Income Balancing Report : All income transactions by media type for account reconciliation (Account Class = 'Income')
Income Overview : Overview shows by tour the total amount each passenger owes, has paid, and amount still due. Use it to see at a glance if all passengers have "Paid in Full." Does not include donations.
Income Detail : Shows detail of payments received from travelers and vendors by tour.
Income Deposit Slip : All income transactions by media type for account reconciliation (Account Class = 'Income')

Invoice Summary : Tour Invoice Summary showing Reservation, Vendor and Component Summary information
Expense Detail Report (by Tour) : Shows all the expenses for the tour (date, vendor, description, and amount) subtotals each "Account Category" and gives a "grand total" of expenses.
Expense Detail Report by Vendor : Lists tour-related transactions by Vendor and Tour for selected tours
Overdue Transactions : Listing of Transactions by Transaction type and Tour where transactions are coded "Due to Vendor" and Transaction date is today or earlier. Can help you track future payment due dates.
Profit and Loss by Account Class (by Tour) : Shows a Tour's Profit and Loss, Tour's Income less Expense with Account Class summary totals.
Profit and Loss Overview by Tour : Shows Profit and Loss by Account category. One tour per page.
Tour Income and Expense Summary (by Tour Criteria): Tour Income and Expense Summary (tours with and without transactions will appear, based on tour selection criteria)
Tour Income and Expense Summary (by Transaction): Same as above but only tours with a transaction appear,
Tour Net Profit : This report shows: Tour Id, Tour name, Start and End date, if tour was Canceled, if Finances have closed, and the tour "net profit" to date from the "Net Profit" field on the Tour Info form (e.g. not based on "live" transactions)
Tour Receipts Summary : By Tour, shows total income, amount paid, and balance due
Tour Revenue by Component: Same as first page of Tour Income Detail, sums revenue by tour component, one page per tour
Transaction by tour and Type: By Tour, shows total income, amount paid, and balance due
Transaction Detail Report: Listing of Transactions by Date and Tour
