Consultant
If the Consultant box is checked, ViaTour knows that the Vendor name and Vendor Contact name are the same, and to drop the vendor name and display only the contact.
For example if you enter your consultant, "Doe, John" as a business name, enter the same name as consultant, and leave Consultant unchecked, ViaTour displays on forms and in reports "Vendor Name--Contact Name" or "Doe, John - Doe, John". But if consultant is checked, ViaTour displays on forms only the contact name: "Doe, John."
