ViaTour tracks two types of rooming, non-inventory and inventory (Pro version only).

The data resides in different tables depending on how it was entered, therefore if you run the wrong report you will get this message:

Room Detail Table (non-Inventory)
Room Information List (Inventory)
Room Information List (non-Inventory)
Rooming List for Group Leader (Inventory)
