Tour Cancelled
When a Tour is cancelled there are 3 fields possibly 4 fields to populate:
NOTE THAT:
On the reports form you can filter on both cancelled y/n and tour status.
These details also appear on the reports called: Tour Detail and Tour Overview.
You may or may not decide to create a res status for travelers on cancelled tours to designate they were confirmed but the trip was cancelled.
