Tour Name (brief internal)
The Tour name is used everywhere in ViaTour for finding and displaying tours.
It is shorter than the Tour Brochure Name, which is displayed in letters and Invoices that Travelers see.
Names with less than 20 characters fit best on forms and reports.
Forms will list Tour Names in alphabetical order within each calendar year.
Some clients create a nice "name convention" which makes accessing and finding tours very easy for all users.
Some common practices are
Destination + Cal Year
or
Cal year + Destination
or
String of Letters from Brochure Name
