Transferring Reservations
Do you ever move reservations from one tour to another?
Move travelers to a new departure, for example?
On the reservation form you can use the Transfer Reservations button to move one or more reservations.
Here are the rules:
Travelers in same room must transfer together (remove from rooming before opening transfer form, if necessary.)
Travelers sharing bill to relationship must move together (remove bill to before opening transfer form, if necessary.)
Transfer will add this note to status note field: Transferred from Europe_05 - 12/15/05 [Den061005] was Wait List as of 07/19/05
Data that will copy over to new reservation: Status Note and Travel Notes; Roommates and Room details; Transactions; Reminders; Companions (if moved together); Booked By; Reservation Referral Source and Promotion Source; Custom data
Data that will be lost with transfer: Components, Documents history.
