KNOWN ISSUE: Why is the list redrawing over and over?
There is a known problem in Access 2003 where the list of pax is being re-written.
The only "work around" at present is to not move your mouse when you access the tab. After the list is drawn, you can see the data. If you need to access the bottom of the list, use the scroll bar to move down the list and the list will redraw again, but will settle after a few moments if you stop moving the mouse.
