Reservations Using This Address Tab

While travelers can have many addresses, a reservation can only have one address.

You assign the reservation address on the Reservation Form - General Info Tab. (See Assigning an Address to a Reservation).

An address record (where the address details such mail list, notes, dates)  are stored can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon located either on the Reservation Form or from the Traveler Form - Address Tab.

The second tab on this form is the "Reservations Using This Address Tab."

This tab displays - on one form - each reservation where the address has been assigned.

The white fields are editable (Salutation - Primary Address and Format Address),  the gray fields are informational only.
