Traveler Phone/Email Tab, Field Definitions
Phone type: pick from a drop down list that you set up in System Maintenance, describes the number.
Phone Number: enter the number in whatever style you want it to appear, with dashes, parenthesis around area code, with periods between, etc.)
Primary: Indicates number will appear on reports and forms. Since most reports expect one "Primary" phone number per person, if you assign multiple "Primary" numbers of the same phone type, the first number will appear on reports.
Email: stores email address. Indicate one email as "Primary" and "OK to share"-this email address will appear on the Travelers list for a tour.
Email Address Type: pick from a drop down list that you set up in System Maintenance, describes the address: personal business, etc.
Primary: also use to indicate this is the main email. Emails that have "Primary" and ok to share will appear on the Traveler Participant list w/ email.
Ok to Promote?: Indicates traveler does not mind receiving tour announcements by email.
OK to Share?: Indicates traveler does not mind having this email address included on participants lists shared with fellow travelers.
