Marketing by Email & Traveler Primary Phone
You can use email addresses for marketing purposes.
On the Reports Form select report type "Traveler":
1.) List of Travelers with Phone/Emails: This report gives a list of travelers with phone numbers, any email that is OK to Promote, and past traveler status. You may filter this list by mailing list, when added to ViaTour, by state, city, referral source or interest(s).
2.) Travelers with OK to Promote Email Addresses: this report gives a list of travelers with phone numbers, and past traveler status - allows export of email addresses to text file. Only includes travelers with "OK To Promote" Emails. You may filter this list by mailing list, when added to ViaTour, by state, city, referral source or interest(s).
When you close either report, ViaTour asks if you want to export the emails to a text file.
Exports are mapped to the ViaTour folder on your C drive. (C:ViaTour\) with the date of today in the file name.
