Traveling in Group
Use the Traveling in Group feature to define reservations subgroups within a tour. For example, identify a family party, travelers with a common referral source, or operational criteria such Bus 1, Bus 2 and Bus 3.
The Traveling in Group function can be found:
1. Traveler Reservations Form

2. Room Inventory Form (Pro Version only)
Missing image: rmgrp_2.bmp
Although the term is the same, "Traveling in Group" categories created in the Traveler Reservation form are NOT automatically duplicated in the Room Inventory tables, and vice-versa.
