Format Address Button 

The Formatted Address button uses a predetermined formula to save data entry and typos and to ensure consistency. See System Maintenence - Company Set Up - Address Preference to set your format function.

After you Format a Label, you can override what is in the label and edit it, which gives you control over exactly how the label appears.  

Note: ViaTour automatically drops dupes from all address reports. So on a trip,  if a couple has identical reservation address labels (format address field)  on each of their reservation forms, only one label will be created when you addresses by tour reservations. If they are not identical (you edit the formatted label of one but not the other) you will get two labels.

Using the "reservations using this address form" can help you edit multiple reservation address records in one form.
