Air Tracking Overview
ViaTour allows you to track flights for a tour (group flights) and flights by traveler (independent flights). You can have your own naming conventions for flight codes - see Air Tracking - Setting up Flight Codes)
The process is to
1. Set up flights on the tour
2. Assign the flights to a Journey
3. On the reservation assign either one flight at a time or assign a whole journey or add "Independent Air"
