Setting Up Group Air on a Tour
1. Create your flight code values in the code table if this isn't already done.
2. Open the Tour Form: Air Tab of the tour you want create group flights for.
3. Enter flight data.
4. Here are some sample flight records, for a flight round trip from la Guardia to Copenhagen. See Flights: Field Definitions for more information.
Note: when you create a transfer for a flight, travelers who take that flight will be put on the transfer, as well.
